Depends on your company will sponsor you or not, if they could do the corp to corp, this is the best case. However, -why_usa_2006(why_usa); 2006-7-31 {99} (#3114819@0)
If they hire you as 1099 consultant, you just file the tax return under your SSN, this should be OK
