call sony customer service.. if it's defective/quality issue, they fix for free.

I bought a sony camcorder in US a few year ago and it suddenly didn't work this year. I called Sony Canada(401/steeles) and they asked me to send it in, then sony said it's a defective CCD problem and they fixed it for free.
