You can set ISO, white balance and file format on the back and after capture you can preview, browse, zoom and delete images. Also, exposure warning and histogram information is available to you while shooting. When you return to the studio all images are loaded into Phase One's Capture One RAW workflow software for better preview and further editing. Capture One supports RAW files from Phase One camera backs as well as a wide range of DSLR cameras. Among those: Canon®, Nikon®, Fuji®, Olympus®, Pentax®, Epson® and Sony®.
3S technology – Secure Storage System.
This revolutionary new feature has recently been introduced in the latest Phase One P-series firmware. The 3S technology improves the storage security level by checking the validity on every CF-card inserted in the P-back. This way, the risk of accidentally writing to a damaged storage media is eliminated. In step 2 you can also preserve the image buffer contents, and the remaining images will be stored when the card is reinserted.
IIQ RAW TECHNOLOGY
Intelligent Image Quality RAW, or IIQ RAW, is the name of Phase One's brand new patent-pending RAW file format. IIQ RAW is a compact, completely lossless file format that reduces the size of your RAW files. This way you can fit more images onto the memory card and the camera will not buffer during the shoot.
