Veseys has service in Canada. Sometimes they have good prices. But I tried once and many of them didn't work out since I got only roots which take efforts to establish.

If you do want to buy flowers at lower prices, right now is a good season to buy. Most garden centers and nurseries have lots on sale before the frost comes. The prices can be dramatically lowered.
