3. Personally feeling, 100K in Boston has relatively higher living quality than that in Toronto. But just personally experience. I have been lived Toronto for 3 years and in Bosotn for 2 years. If you ask my feeling, I would say rougly 10%-15% more cash to spend because of lower tax rate, lower sales tax...
4. Trafic to downtown Boston is slow, but better than DVP or 401 to down Toronto... At 8:00AM on I 93, I can go 20M/H or 30M /H , usually wouldn't totally stocked on highway...
