本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛无论新手老手，加入某个俱乐部都有一定的好处。这个不谈先。先说楼主涉及的两个俱乐部。第一个，叫做安省渔猎协会。第二个叫做渔乐会。都是它们的中文名称。
第一个，我不同意楼主的说法。那个OWNER对别的组织恶意重伤和诽谤，不是在公众面前发表点演说就能掩盖了的。详情可以去看他们的网站和51上的博客。令人作呕。再有就是坑客户的钱财。这点不用我多说，有的是人证。
第二个，语言不是主要问题。主要是那种氛围你是否喜欢。是否可以在里面交往到好朋友，一起享受钓鱼的乐趣。这才是关键。如果合适你，不妨加入。
最后再说另外一个俱乐部－－加华鱼友会。绝大多数是讲普通话的。楼主怎么忽略了这个规模算是普通话人群里最大的钓鱼俱乐部呢？同理，你要是觉得这里适合你，也可以考虑加入。
我个人只推荐后两个组织。第一个，呵呵，我很难理解楼主为什么把它也算作一个推介。
顺便的，纠正楼主在自己的翻译里的错误。
WALLEYE不是禁猎，而是有更严格的尺寸限制。不同区域有具体的规定。这不是因为WALLEYE有限制大家都去钓鲈鱼的原因。别误导大家。今年气候比较反常，湖里的水草变化很大。加上所谓的FISHING PREASURE，才导致鲈鱼貌似不好钓。但是大家普遍收获还是很不错。对此有一问的，可以访问一下别的网站的消息。就算是DAVID CHONG在描述今年的鲈鱼收获上，也是偏狭的。更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net

渔乐会 I think is Ontario Chinese Anglers Association. I think the president is Richard Xu. (Sorry if i got the last name wrong.) they are located at Highway 7 and Leslie.

The speech was good, David Chong is very knowledgable. However, he speaks English. Not a word of Chinese. I am OK. But I don't know for others.

For example, OCAA translate the fishing regulation to Chinese for the Mininstry of Natural Resource this year.

When Chinese anglers are being harass this year. both groups did a lot of work for the Chinese community.

For example: (this is only based on things i know, there might be more which they did but i don't know)

OCAA went to those regions, distribute flyers to education other people about the Chinese fishermen. Try to avoid conflicts and misunderstanding.

The outdoor venture club, open public speaking about the incident. Bring this issue to the mainstream, so we have to deal with it.

Anyway, I only know very little about this two clubs. However, based on their competitions, magazine, and having professional fisherman to give speeches.
I think OCAA stands out a little in fishing.

Amazing. David won three tournaments. He can catch more than 20 pounds per top 5 bass fishes per day last weekend and let go many 1~2 pounds. He is super man. I also like his presentation - very attractive and did have lots of stories for us.

I only catch one bass this whole season.

If this organization environment is more Madarin-friendly, I may join in.

David Chong use artifical bait - Berkley Gulp 3" 8mm minnow - which he said is even more effective than live bait.

Drop shot(?) is also good strategy for active fish.

Find rock spot inside weed area for more bass
Mature weed area is key but no new weed area
Big fish spot will be good/hot spot
Practise from dock will give you surprise
Don't stick to one bait only

Use mind-set for fishing.

其实渔乐会虽然大部分成员以讲广东话为主，但是我是讲普通话，还有一些是加拿大出生的华人，他们只讲英文。虽然大部分成员讲广东话，但是他们也是来自不同的地方。
另外一点渔乐会是非营利组织，这是和其它钓鱼俱乐部一个主要不同的地方。
