本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛经济似乎开始好转起来，不时会听到有人找到工作。 不知众位ggmm 的刀是否还是常磨，是否还是处于“稍有风吹草动，便可挥刀拿下” 的境界。几个月以前，我有一个interview，是一家作GPS的公司。他们在Tech 方面的要求，使我充满了自信，书都没看(大概有半年没看)，只是上网找了些general questions，象什么是你的长处，短处？等问题练习了一番。准备的到都用上了，等到tech 方面的问题时，他们先让我写一个小application，当时我觉得太简单了，十分钟应该可以搞定，事实上我用了近40分钟也没拿下。这件事让我耿耿于怀至今，昨天突然想起来了，把那个小玩意写了一下，大概用了五六分钟吧。“刀不磨要生锈”,听过这句话吧？我是那次interview后才想起来的。活儿不经常摆弄摆弄，将来准没戏。
一个问题解决了，另一个问题来了。我想学一些自己不会的东东冲实自己，可不想花钱，看书又嫌慢，怎么办？和我有相同想法的朋友请注意，我想搞个Study Group，大家相互之间可以交流一下(学别人拿手的，也教别人拿手的)。 它有几个好处：教别人的同时，review自己的，还可以有机会学习新东东(这是主要目的)。最后一个，在这新环境中，扩大自己的朋友圈，不管对工作还是生活都有无穷的好处。
我可以教先，我手边有一套哈佛的handout，大概有26~30个小时的课，每周4个小时，要7周， 8~10 homework. 不过，天下没有白吃的午餐，你也要把你的拿手的拿出来。如果咱们是5人学习小组，每个人就会有4次的学习机会，最少可省$3000左右加币吧。有兴趣的GGMM 请给我email，告诉我你的地点？合适时间？想学什么？和能教什么？看看咱们能否码到一块儿。只想学，没东东可教的，不妨也给我一个email, 如果我能找一个大的地方，有机会作个朋友也不是件坏事。 看明白的，有问题的；没看明白的，想明白的; 和不管明白不明白，都要参加的朋友，请up先，再给我一email告知(你的地点？合适时间？想学什么？和能教什么)更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net

        I'll depend on the information you provided, set up few groups. so we can start our study. In fact, it is not free program(but not spend you money), you need to use your time and skills to trade other person's. Make ownself stonger, make new friends.
