    The Centre is an independent and neutral agency and does not replace the work of the Children's Aid Society.     • Family Justice Centre and/or Child Advocacy Centre is a new program, currently in their pilot stage, in the USA. The first one is established in San Diego, California and is currently being evaluated. -ontariocas(CAS); 2009-7-3 {349} (#5390449@0)
      Will FJC/CAC become mainstream? I doubt it, since it is a very expensive program. Given the current economic and funding situation, this program will die for sure.

      Their scale at this moment is very small, and their coverage very narrow.

      Currently, there are 3 FJC/CAC in Canada. Told you there is nothing about child welfare I don't know.
