I have five years experience of PowerBuilder(PFC) and one year experience of WebSphere. I had a interview last week but I failed.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛经济似乎开始好转起来，不时会听到有人找到工作。不知众位ggmm 的刀是否还是常磨，是否还是处于“稍有风吹草动，便可挥刀拿下” 的境界。几个月以前，我有一个interview，是一家作GPS的公司。他们在Tech 方面的要求，使我充满了自信，书都没看(大概有半年没看)，只是上网找了些general questions，象什么是你的长处，短处？等问题练习了一番。准备的到都用上了，等到tech 方面的问题时，他们先让我写一个小application，当时我觉得太简单了，十分钟应该可以搞定，事实上我用了近40分钟也没拿下。这件事让我耿耿于怀至今，昨天突然想起来了，把那个小玩意写了一下，大概用了五六分钟吧。“刀不磨要生锈”,听过这句话吧？我是那次interview后才想起来的。活儿不经常摆弄摆弄，将来准没戏。
一个问题解决了，另一个问题来了。我想学一些自己不会的东东冲实自己，可不想花钱，看书又嫌慢，怎么办？和我有相同想法的朋友请注意，我想搞个Study Group，大家相互之间可以交流一下(学别人拿手的，也教别人拿手的)。它有几个好处：教别人的同时，review自己的，还可以有机会学习新东东(这是主要目的)。最后一个，在这新环境中，扩大自己的朋友圈，不管对工作还是生活都有无穷的好处。
我可以教先，我手边有一套哈佛的handout，大概有26~30个小时的课，每周4个小时，要7周， 8~10 homework. 不过，天下没有白吃的午餐，你也要把你的拿手的拿出来。如果咱们是5人学习小组，每个人就会有4次的学习机会，最少可省$3000左右加币吧。有兴趣的GGMM 请给我email，告诉我你的地点？合适时间？想学什么？和能教什么？看看咱们能否码到一块儿。只想学，没东东可教的，不妨也给我一个email, 如果我能找一个大的地方，有机会作个朋友也不是件坏事。看明白的，有问题的；没看明白的，想明白的; 和不管明白不明白，都要参加的朋友，请up先，再给我一email告知(你的地点？合适时间？想学什么？和能教什么)更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
