We are very pleased to formally offer you the position of Actuarial Intern, with XXX, Inc. at our Jersey City, NJ location.

The terms of this offer, if accepted, are as follows:

1. Employment to be effective on or before January 24, 2011.

2. Your starting rate of pay will be $26.00 per hour ($53,000 annualized).

3. All offers of employment are contingent upon your ability to establish employment eligibility under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. If you cannot produce acceptable
documents within three (3) days of beginning work, your employment cannot be continued.

Your employment with XXX, is on an at-will basis and is not subject to a specific duration or term of years. This offer is not an employment contract and is not intended to create
any contractual rights between yourself and XXX Inc.

Please indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning the enclosed copy of this letter
