1) there is enought articles floating around for how to register a shell company

few points,

-- it appears that you will be engaged in cross-border/overseas transaction, hence you would need a Limited Liability Company (LLC)

-- roll your personal assets over into the company to create an assets base for documentation

-- you need to declare a focus for your business, say Communication Consulting...

2) appears to me they are asking for proof of capitalization, which you will have, and need to prepare once you issue shares to the shareholders, the cost will be around 2G
