举个例子：对方问“have you ever used PhotoShop?” Unfortunitely, you don't know this software at all. What you should say though? A simply NO? No, I don't think it's a good answer. He should know that you don't know this software according to your resume. Why he ask you something that he's already knew the answer? So, the question behind is "how is your confidence?", "how is your ability to solve problem?", "are you a quick learner?" .....If I were you I would say, "I heard a lot about this software but myself don't have a change to try it. Anyhow, I am a quick learner. When I was trying to learn Illustrator by myself, I only spent 2 weeks before starting using it to do a real project. This was a big surprise for my boss and collegues" ...Then I will ask, "will I use Photoshop in the future project?" See, now you start communication!

2， 多使用例子，多使用数字，间杂一些过去的同时或着客户的评价。

3，头5句问候语尽量做到流畅自然。包括my name is...who i am looking for. I am calling regarding...Good morning...how are you. thank you for calling me and let me know the good opportunity...

4，放松，放松
