1, Big, well-known and having the ability to get an interview for you if you are picked by them. Such as CNC. I got a job placement from them couple years ago.
2, good but not always can give you an interview. They may just render your resume. They may have the ph number and name of the hirer or HR person.
3, Small but very capable. They have very close relationship with some big companies' hiring manager. They are sort of picky and always choose 2 or 3 over-qualified cadidates from a large pool. And one of the cadidates will be a lucky one for sure.
If you don't have local experience, almost no agency will be a good one for you at this moment. Basically they have many choices at today's labour market.
