    • The important thing is you need a phrase that will help you get out of the deal if you change your mind later. Normally, people will say: subject to satisfactory of house inspection.
      • Conditional offer, subject to inspection, financing, selling your existing property, etc. Just buy yourself some time in case you change your mind later. You may set a date a month from now to waive the conditions.

          • Closing date and final inspection before closing. There shall be a standard legal form from real estate agent based on which you revise your own conditions.
          • December 10 is < 2 wks from now. Is that a little rush to arrange inspection and financing?
