Good, if you are sure about the question itself...

1.Give them a small weakness you may have. Come up with a answer like this "I had some (put your weakness here, this is called PROBLEM", but with (put your solution here, this is called ACTION), then (put the RESULT here). A simple sample could be "english written skills"
2. Why do they ask this question? I think they want to know if you are well-organized, well-planned for your daily work. An example could be like this: "I need to organize the material and blah blah blah( put PROBLEM here), Before start it, I checked the material catalog and talked to supervisor to make sure the way I am going to do the job is correctly and blah blah blah(ACTION here). Finally, I had the material organized as the company procedure specified and blah blah blah (RESULT here)
3. Ask yourself "what do they want to know by asking this question"
4. GIve answer useing pattern like this (Problem-->Action-->Result)
5. My example may not be appropriate because it depends on your job responsibilites.

    一个朋友去面试回来觉得有两个问题不是很拿的准。大家看看:

    1.What are your work limitations?
2.How do you typically organize material?
    • UP!
    • 不是很有把握。1。问的是你的弱点吧。2。如何组织材料?
      • 谢谢。不过我知道是问什么,就是不知道如何回答才好。
