有最近签Gas Price Protection Program的吗? Direct Energy的报价现在是3年25.9cent/m3, 5年25.5cents/m3. 不知如何? (在Scarborough, Toronto)

总的理解是，这些gas和电费的plan,就象是你买房时的按揭，你是要浮动呢？还是要固定利率？签了就是固定，不签就是浮动，在电费和气费的问题上俺支持roller的“浮动派”主张，打死俺也不签“卖身契”！：）

1999年我卖煤气时，市场价是11分多，我们五年锁定价16分多。如今三年多过去了，市场价是19分多，夏季三个月半价。考虑到冬季耗气量大，按市场价全年平均花费多一些，但差距不大。

我的煤气账单是这样说的。另外，账单上显示的浮动价可能不是最终的价钱，年底，煤气公司好像还会根据全年实际花费对煤气价格进行调整，多退少补。（三年前学的，记不清了）

It is weird that in summer, my gas fee was around $30+ per month, but the government also gave me refund at around that amount. So I ended up paying almost nothing.
