I called 911 three times during the past three years. First time, nobody showed up; Second time, that phucken cop did not get off her car at all;the third time, the cop did nothing but told me u may sue the guy who hit ur car in parking lot.

我不知道你叫警察是为什么，不过我觉得警察一般都是会出事的情况才有用，民事纠纷如果也是警察管他们肯定忙不过来。

如果你讲的全部是事实，那么我表示深切同情。不过，按照你所说的，对方属于人渣之类。对于人渣，法律并不一定能进行约束。除非你在法庭上能证明这些情节，否则你很难赢。我认为，对于人渣，惹得起就惹；惹不起就躲。

That guy is an asshole, you can try to sue him./her on small claim court on 4) and 5), but before you do this, you need to prepare for a lot of materials (receipts, bank record, written material, all related stuff) and witness,you also need to read some case similiar to yours and get some sense who Canadian court works and how "common sense" works in court system. As to your claim on 1) 2) and 3), I think you can hardly prove it, However you can still report police of credit card lost.

来武的话找几个高大的同学到他家，跟他们说如果电脑不给会有他们好结果。这种老外最怕的就是比他们更凶的人。文的话把他们告上小额法庭，把自己电脑的收据准备好，再找几个以前的房客作证人，不信告不赢他们。他的话你就当放屁好了，别往心里去。也就是英语骂不流利，否则骂的他跪地求饶。

这事很好办. 你立即拨打911, 把警察招来. 房东已经对你进行了人身威胁. 你和其它房客又丢了东西. 报警是必需的. 警察来了你就把屎盆子往房东身上扣. 都是从大陆来的, 扣屎盆子这招儿会吧?

警察不管这种民事纠纷的,这事上民事法庭劳命伤财不说还不见得有用.忍下这口气吧.生活还有别的内容.要实在这口气不顺,只能用人渣的办法治人渣.教你个损招. 过一段时间, 在...夜深人静的时候潜入他家,在他车身上用Marker写上"I am ASSHOLE".洗不掉的.当然这事得作得隐蔽.这事即使怀疑到你也没法取证.

人善被人欺，古话没错的都被人家用了信用卡的，还不报警，那再发生其他事情，还能怪谁？只能怪你自己。如果刚被人用了信用卡去加油后，马上报警，每个加油站都有摄像机，立刻可以查出究竟是谁弄的，你现在如果实在想出恶气，还是找个律师谈谈吧

如果这些事情都过去了唯一只能收集证据_人证+物证，SUE他。如果再碰到这些事情：报警(警察不管纠纷的事情，他们只是保护现场的人。他们只是法庭上的STORY TALKER，他们的RECORD可做最可靠证据。
