这你就不懂了！就是要象耍猴似的你才能多拿小费！有时候很简单的工作也要表现出紧张忙碌的样子，在客人面前你不能表现得很聪明优雅，有时候慌慌张张他看着才高兴！你应该陪他玩一会儿，顾客高兴就是你的工作！还没有进入角色么！

做得对！鬼佬文化里pride很重要。不过十三点的鬼佬常有拉，你也得好好治治他，关于小费那部分你可以说，tip和打不打球是different issue，不打球不等于服务不好，让他们明白不能赖小费。

这个比较困难啊,如果是customer总要免费餐,或者总投诉pizza太胡而要store credit,总部很乐意把这个customer放如黑名单,否则,不会因为driver受了委屈而不做这个人的生意,毕竟是商业社会

In most of the case, that's just a joke. Don't take it too seriously. If yougood at it, just give a try. if not, you still can play if you want, but just let them know. Of course you can refuse them. It's really not a big deal. Life has a lot of fun when you make it simple.

下回遇上这事，问他们对你的服务满不满意，满意，小费先付了，然后再谈bonus的问题，bonus不高，告诉他们，你认为不是一个好的deal, 不干，bonus高，为什么不？你和他们是平等的，你提供服务，他们付小费，如果他们对你的服务不满意，你才可以放弃小费.不应该这样让他们得手。让他们轻易的居高临下的对你。下回，我去给你出气。
