相约北美 / 移民留学 / Help ! - are there some agencies who can help renew PR card? Many thanksmy wife's PR card will be expired, but she is not qualified to renew PR card - does not stay in Canada 2 years within 5 years.
In this case, how to renew her PR card? we don't want to seperate. :(

如果她在加拿大境内,就继续住满两年后再申请RENEW。现在去申请，肯定是不批的。
