It is hard nowadays if you are talking about the regular salary instead of gross income.It is quite different for employers if they pay one employee annual salary beyond 75K, because they will pay almost double on taxes for that. But it doesn't mean the employees not be able to earn more than 75K from their employer. The OT and Bonus usually can make it happen.
